Welcome to SpringHub. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SpringHub, a multi-model AI chat platform operated by InnoventuresAI Inc, a company registered in Delaware, United States.

By accessing or using SpringHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SpringHub provides access to a unified AI chat platform that allows users to interact with multiple AI models, including but not limited to GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, and other large language models. Our service includes:

  • Text-based conversations with AI models
  • Image generation capabilities
  • Agent Mode for automated task execution across integrated services
  • Web search functionality
  • A credits-based system for premium features

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use SpringHub, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Maintain only one account per person
  • Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SpringHub. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

SpringHub offers a free tier with limited usage, including up to 10 messages per day. Free tier users have access to basic AI models and features.

Pro Subscription

Our Pro subscription ($9.99/month) includes:

  • 1,000 monthly credits
  • Access to all AI models
  • Agent Mode capabilities
  • Image generation
  • Priority support

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period and expire at the end of each billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SpringHub to:

  • Generate, upload, or share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the service without permission
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Create content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
  • Generate malware, spam, or phishing content
  • Attempt to extract training data or reverse engineer AI models

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on it. SpringHub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and input into SpringHub. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content

Ownership of AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

SpringHub Platform

SpringHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InnoventuresAI Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

SpringHub integrates with third-party services including:

  • AI Model Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others. Your interactions with AI models are subject to the respective provider's terms of service.
  • Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe's services are governed by Stripe's terms of service.
  • Integration Services: Agent Mode may connect to various third-party services, each subject to their own terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SPRINGHUB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content or that it will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVENTURESAI INC AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Any content obtained from the service, including AI-generated content
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to SpringHub immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SpringHub shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date.

Your continued use of SpringHub after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
